We want you to love your jewelry. If not, here’s how we make returns easy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags and certificates).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved necklaces).
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
  • Final sale items marked “Non-Refundable.”

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@dogooz.com within 30 days. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • Reason for return

Step 2: We’ll email a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. returns) or instructions for international returns.

Step 3: Pack the item securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.


3. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us at support@dogooz.com to arrange a free exchange within 30 days.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos/video of the issue.
  3. We’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately.

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Dogooz is not liable for lost return packages.
