1. How do I place an order?
- Browse our jewelry collection and select your desired items.
- Click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping and payment details.
- Confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the order is processed.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified once submitted. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@dogooz.com. We’ll attempt to cancel it if the order has not yet been shipped.

5. How long does delivery take?
- Standard shipping: 7-12 business days (varies by destination).
- Express shipping: 5-8 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
6. Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their country. These charges are not included in the order total.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
